David E. Koff, Of Counsel

David E. Koff was a founding partner in the Firm and its senior partner until his retirement on December 31, 2002. His law career spanned more than 50 years during which he became one of the foremost labor attorneys in the area. He also had considerable experience with apartment developments under various National Housing Acts. He currently is an active arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association labor panel.
